4. Receiving Products

  • Upon receipt of the product, the buyer is encouraged to check the product and confirm receipt in the app.

  • This confirmation triggers payment to the merchant according to the Shop3 Guarantee Policy. Returns and refunds

  • If a product is not as described or has a problem, then the buyer can request a return or refund through the app.
